Walk-ins are welcome when there is availability, but booking in advance is the best way to secure your preferred time.

Yes. Let us know when booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. When a deposit has been paid and you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, it can be refunded in full or kept as credit for a future visit.

We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, we may need to shorten the treatment to avoid delaying the next guest, or help you reschedule.

Yes. For a group booking or spa party, please contact us at least one week in advance so we can check availability and prepare the studio.
