This website is provided by Terra Nail by Atelier to help you learn about the studio and its treatments, and to contact us about an appointment. Please use it lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in an unauthorised way.

Treatment information and prices on this website are provided for general guidance. Availability is subject to confirmation. Opening a WhatsApp chat or sending an enquiry does not by itself confirm an appointment; an appointment is confirmed when Terra Nail confirms it with you.

Walk-ins are welcome when there is availability, but booking in advance is the best way to secure your preferred time. If you would like a particular therapist, let us know when booking and we will do our best to accommodate the request.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. When a deposit has been paid and you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, it can be refunded in full or kept as credit for a future visit.

We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrival. After that, we may need to shorten the treatment to avoid delaying the next guest, or help you reschedule. If you feel unwell on the day, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help you move your appointment.

For a group booking or spa party, please contact us at least one week in advance so we can check availability and prepare the studio.

Please give us accurate information when you enquire or book. If you have a question about a treatment, timing, or suitability, ask us before your appointment so we can discuss it with you.

This website links to third-party services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Instagram. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

The Terra Nail name, logo, photography, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but cannot guarantee that it will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or free from errors. We may change or remove website content at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, Terra Nail is not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
